@goldsgym_uae International sponsors WWE Superstar, @RealKevinNash for the 2013 "IGN convention in Dubai


Gold’s Gym International (GGI) had one of their most electrifying moments in UAE when the iconic WWE Superstar, Kevin Nash aka “Diesel” made his presence felt in Al Barsha Mall,taking a facility tour around the GGI club with Gold’s Gym Chief of Operations, Nitesh Seebranalong with a meet & greet for his die-hard wrestling fans thereafter.

Nash made his very first Middle East debut in Dubai for the IGN convention at Meydan IMAX. Gold’s Gym was the official celebrity sponsor for this two-day event in Dubai that featured the latest video games, comic books, Sci-Fi/super hero films along with workshops, competitions and entertainment for the entire family. The six times World Heavyweight Champion, five times WCW World Heavyweight Champion and one time WWF Champion stole the limelight showing off his impressive, muscular strength and tall frame in a Gold’s Gym t-shirt for the conference. 

Sharing his views on this striking occasion, GGI spokesperson Nitesh Seebran, Chief of Operations of Gold’s Gym said, “With an objective of creating a healthier ecosystem, we have our clubs designed to help you achieve your individual goals with world class equipment. Each club is unique in itself and you will experience it”.Diesel did not forget to express his excitement and love for the wrestling fans in the region by giving out autographs, posing for fan photographs while also making a statement, “I am honored to visit the UAE for IGN convention. Gold’s Gym is iconic, the equipment are impressive some of which I have never seen before”.

The event was open to all GGI staff, members as well as non-members. Gold’s Gym was also one of the many exhibitors in the 2013 IGN Convention. Diesel wore the official Gold’s Gym t-shirt during the inaugural ceremony of the convention.


Gold’s Gym in Al Barsha Mall opened in November 2012 and is the sixth club to operate in the region providing fitness and health solutions to the people and improving their way of life through rigorous training and cardio workout exercises.
